Has use of kitchen & breakfast room Professional cleaning every two weeks ($40) covers the bathroom, common areas, change of bed sheets and cleaning of Bedroom. (No washing of Bed linen )

Tenant responsible for toiletries linen ,bathroom ,kitchen cleaning supplies and items for personal use ( some pots and pans)

Laundry room in basement several machines clean ,tidy with sink and folding table Kitchen extras : nexpresso machine air fryer , microwave & dishwasher
