Proof of employment is required (employment letter, recent pay stub, and employer contact details). Based on verification and application, payment arrangements may be discussed.

Require 30 days notice if moving before roomie agreement ends

Kitchen for light prep & breakfast room for dining . Professional cleaning every two weeks ($60) covers the bathroom, common areas, change of bed sheets and cleaning of Bedroom. (No washing of Bed linen) “rented and shared areas should be kept clean and maintained between regular cleanings, in the same general condition as the rest of the apartment.” Roomie responsible for toiletries linen ,bathroom ,kitchen cleaning supplies and items for personal use ( a few pots and pans) Laundry room in basement several machines clean ,tidy with sink and folding table Kitchen extras : air fryer,microwave & dishwasher
