Bobbi's room

Hi! I am a young professional looking to rent out my spare room. I am in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Westhills SW. The area is great. It is very quiet and close to stores and restaurants and is about 15 minutes from downtown Calgary.

The bedroom is furnished, you would have your own bathroom to use. The kitchen, living room, laundry room and deck would be shared space. I have a cat, so looking for someone who enjoys having feline friends around!

I am very easygoing, but looking for someone who can respect the space and keep it clean. No parties/drugs (although cannabis friendly).

It is just me and my cat, Penny! She is a long-haired Calico (quite fluffy!). I work full time out of the house but can be a homebody during the week. Most of my weekends are set with plans, but the odd time I like to hunker down and hibernate at home! For anyone interested, please tell me a bit about yourself and what you are looking for! Cheers!
