Shaw Street

Master bedroom available on the top floor of a 4 bedroom house near Barton and Victoria. Please note decor, furniture and paint has been changed since some of these pictures were taken. Bedrooms all unfurnished and shared living room dining room is partially furnished. The house is located on a quiet street with excellent neighbors.

Top floor has deep tub, walk in shower beside it, double sink and large closet to be shared by the upstairs roommates. Main floor has a cute powder room. Main floor is open concept, big and bright. Very large kitchen with dish washer and a big fridge. There is a second fridge available just outside of the back door under the covered deck for use by the upstairs roommates as well. If you go just past the fridge you will find the 6 seater hot tub that looks out big windows to the massive backyard. The kitchen and bathroom are shared mostly with the upstairs roommate but the down stairs roommate (myself, the owner) uses them when needed.

I own and live in the house. I am a young blue collar worker. I prefer to keep things on the cleaner side of the scale but I prefer everyone to be happy and healthy and comfortable rather than stressing over having dishes sit out for a bit. As much as I’m looking for someone that is neat and respectful to live with I’d love to come out of the deal with some new friends and am very flexible if there’s a good connection. The other upstairs roommate is a tech student. He’s very nice and keeps things clean.
