1 Bedroom for 1550 (unfurnished). Closet inside the room. Bathroom shared. With water and insurance included. Hydro adn wifi are not included and will be shared. In-suite laundry is available. The apartment has a terrace and is located in 2nd floor.

I´m an introvert and when I´m at home I´ll need silence and space to recharge. The ideal roommate would be someone who loves nature, animals (there are 2 cats), clean, respectful, and is preferably a mature student and/or working person. No pets and no smoking or vaping.
