About the room

This is a bedroom in a nice two bedroom unit. The kitchen, living area and bathroom are shared. There is free laundry and storage in the basement. All utilities are included in the cost, including internet.

The first two photos are of the room, it is currently empty. If you would like the room furnished, please let me know, and we’ll discuss.

The house is an 8 minute walk from Tunney’s Pasture and the LRT station there; making for easy access to any part of the city.

There is a small backyard with bike storage, a small porch to sit outside, and room for one small to medium car.

About the roomies

I’m pretty introverted and keep to myself most of the time.

I have 3 year old dog that is crate trained, so you must be okay with dogs, but I also have a gate to keep him out of areas as needed.
