You will have a furnished bedroom (bed/bedding/side tables, lamps, dresser, large closet, desk & chair) with your own bathroom, the room also has a small balcony. Monthly rent includes all utilities, shared washer/dryer, shared kitchen & living space, parking (street parking & driveway).

Looking for non smoker. NO PETS. Lease will be from Sept 1st - Dec 31st 2023, if all goes well we can extend the lease for a full year. First & last months rent required as deposit & proper lease forms will need to be signed.

I’m 39 years old, recently moved to Calgary from Ontario & I’m the owner of the townhouse.

I own a large 60lbs dog, so must be ok with that. I’m also extremely tidy & expect the same from my roommate. I’m quiet, introverted, rarely have people over, love to be outdoors and do a lot of hiking & day trips to the mountains.
