Come help make a house a home. I recently bought a 3 bed 1 bath bungalow in Erin woods, and am looking to share with one other person and possibly their pet. There’s a large sunny yard and garden, laundry, a spare room for stretching/yoga/guests. Plenty of storage space in the unfinished basement and shed. The house is mostly original 1984 finishes, but well kept. Currently no dishwasher, so you’ll have to be okay wish dishes by hand. Adding a dishwasher, a bit of painting, and a small bathroom Reno are on the list to tackle over the next year, and efforts will be made to make these as minimally disruptive as possible. Your room is currently a light blue with dark blue carpet, but I’m happy to get a fresh coat of paint in there.

I’m Chelsea, 36 and I work in healthcare. I share my time between home and my partner’s house throughout the week, and keep hours around a 8-4 Monday to Friday work schedule. I love to garden, ride bikes, camp, hike, etc. I love to live in a space that is comfortable in both sharing quality time and enjoying alone time. I occasionally smoke pot in the house on weekends but have no issues refraining if it’s an issue for my room mate. Cigarettes/vapes, hard drugs, heavy alcohol use are not things I care to be around. I value someone that’s easy to be around, respectful, honest and generally tidy.
