Dan Armitage's room

Hey there! My place is located just south of memorial and is a short 5 min walk away from 2 different c-train stations with a beautiful view of the downtown skyline from our balcony! The room is unfurnished and has plenty space for a queen size bed, shelves, and so on. There is a large closet as well! The shared bathroom has a full bathtub and shower and lots of cabinet space. The common areas are fully furnished for the most part with a large kitchen, tall ceilings, and lots of light. We also have insuite laundry. There is a parking pad right outside of our place and lots of street parking. Utilities and wifi are split three ways, altogether per month it’s usually between $110 and $170.

Hey everyone! My roommate and I are ISO a new roommate to resign our lease (1 year) for September 1st as our current 3rd is getting a place of their own! We’re both respectful, social people that enjoy spending our time together and with friends but we aren’t partiers. I am going back to school soon and my roommate graduated from the University of Waterloo last year and moved to Calgary, so another student or young professional would be great but isn’t a requirement.
