About the room
Room is 9.5’ by 8.5’, there is a big closet, big window, and new carpet. Large kitchen for an apartment and only one washroom. There is a desk, shelf, chair, and single bed available if needed.
I’m looking for someone communicative to share the space with, I am available evenings and weekends to talk and view the space. Unfortunately no pets at all, building is against it and I am allergic. It is also a no smoking building and unit.
A student rental from September-May would be ideal but I am open to different lengths and move in dates. Feel free to hmu with a bit about yourself.
About the roomies
I’m 34, from Ontario, and pretty nerdy. I like to get outdoors in the summer, play a bunch of video games, and do a little 3D printing. Feel free to reach out and ask me anything!
