I am currently searching for a roommate to join me in my current condo located right in the heart of Toronto. With your very own private bathroom and a separate room, you’ll have the space and privacy you need!

The condo is nestled in a lively and convenient area, just opposite Sugar Beach, and is surrounded by an abundance of amenities, excellent transportation options, and thrilling entertainment venues. The unit comes with excellent downtown and lake views!

The condo comes with a fully furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a designated dining area/island that we can share and enjoy together. My current roommate is looking to sell her furniture so if you’re interested in buying it from her, please let me know!

Also, each room comes with it’s own heating unit and AC, so feel free to amp up/down the temperature as you wish!

As I’ve rented out the parking for $100 (pp), the rent comes out to be $1400. However, the original rent for the room is $1500. Utilities such as hydro, tenant insurance and wifi come up to be an additional $80 (approx.)

I’m a Consultant in my mid-20s and I’m looking for someone who I can not only be friends with but also share a living space with.

I’m super easy going and I love to go out to try new restaurants, explore different areas of the city and cook. I like my me-time just as much as I like hanging out with my friends.
