Welcome to my condo in downtown New Westminster. You will have a gorgeous view of the Fraser River. You even have a view of the Fraser River from your room. Your room is furnished with a queen bed , night stands, comfy chair, tv, desk & chair, bedding and towels are supplied. The 3 piece washroom is not in your room but is down the hall and it is private. There is one parking spot available for a small car in the underground parking available. This 1200 sq ft condo has been newly updated and is very nicely furnished and is for your use as well. The shared kitchen is supplied with plenty of dishes & cutlery & utensils, pots and pans and stainless steel appliance. The in suite washer and dryer are also shared. The condo is steps away from the board walk along the Fraser River so you can walk to the market, restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop just outside the building and sky train is about a 5 minute walk.

The condo is a 2 bedroom and I would be in the other bedroom. I just retired and I’m very quiet, no drugs, and very little alcohol, not a partier. I’m looking for the same in a roomie. If this is for you please contact me.
