2-room combo (1 bedroom plus 1 office/tv room/nursery) and private bathroom. In larger shared house in private and quiet small-town setting. Garden shed is all yours for storage. Plenty of parking.

I am a single professional women. I have a daughter who attends college away from home. I am experienced with roommates and co-living. I work from home full time.

There is also an office renter in the basement from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. We are friends and like to visit and be social with shared meals about once a week.
