About the room
Hello! I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly student to rent a room in a 2 bed, 2 bath condo. It’s just a crosswalk away from MacEwan University. (Seriously! You can see the campus from the buildings windows.) And also walking distance to grocery stores, the LRT, bus stops, and any other amenities you may need.
You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, the room is partly furnished, but I can remove the furnishing if you have your own. There’s in-suite laundry and underground parking if needed. All utilities and internet are covered in the rent, the building has an elevator and rooftop access as well.

I’m a 21 year old female student at MacEwan University! I’m friendly, clean, and decently quiet. I’d love to live with someone who’s got good vibes, is clean, respectful of the space, and is also okay with a kitty! I have a super sweet cat who mostly keeps to herself, but also loves chin rubs and being cuddled. She knows tricks like how to high-five and spin!
