We’re right across the street from a mall, which has a supermarket, optometrists, doctors, clothing stores, etc. We’re a five minute walk from SAIT and a seven (ish) minute walk from the SAIT and Lions Park train stations. There are lots of parks nearby, including a creek a fifteen minute walk away. Our apartment is kept clean and tidy and has a washer and dryer in-unit. It’s a two bedroom- my sister and I split a room and you would get your own. The furniture in the apartment will be slightly different from the photos because our current roommate is moving away and taking it with her.

Ashley and I (Finn) are both students, and we’re both queer and trans. We would love to have another queer person living with us! We’re looking for people close in age to ourselves (early twenties). We’re quite active and we are both artists. Pets are welcome, although we do not currently have any :)
