Apartment is 2 bedroom/1 bathroom just under 1000 sq feet - private room but shared bathroom. Bedroom is unfurnished.

Rent $1000 Plus half the tv/wifi and hydro (approx $75/month total) Unfortunately cats are not allowed due to allergy and large dogs due to strata rules but small to medium hypoallergenic dogs would be considered No smoking, drugs or parties Available Aug 1 but date is flexible for the right fit.
