Available Date : Available as of August 1st Relationship to Unit: Owner and Tenant Required Documents: Meeting with me, references/credit check are a plus, 1st and last month’s rent upon acceptance Furnishing: Currently unfurnished, but working on it. Which also means if you have furniture or other items to bring with you, there shouldn’t be any problems. If not, I’ll begin on furnishing it myself (but then you’re stuck with my taste, which I promise is good)

About Me: I’m a 30 year old working professional in Finance. I love being active, especially playing baseball and have played my whole life. I work from home the majority of the week, and go into the office 1-2 times a week. Given that I have to be up early for work I’m quiet at night, and am also a very clean individual.
