Looking for someone who is friendly, clean and respectful of the house’s furniture and items. Non-smoker and witn no Pets. Tenant will have total privacy, a furnished Room and a Private Bathroom located beside the bedroom. Kitchen, living, dining room and Backyard are shared.

House is detached 2 stories, is located close to grocery stores and parks. It has A/C and healing

There is only myself in the house, I’m quiet, no Kids, work full time sometimes from home but mostly at the office.
