Hello - Bonjour ! Our place has a warm feel and our neighbourhood is brilliant : nautical activities and bike path right across the street (cross country ski during winter)+ amazing coffee shops, restaurant few steps away

TRANSPORT : 4 min walk to the bus stop - Get to Downtown Montreal (Lionel-Groulx station) in 20 min - Bus 496

SPECIFICS : The bedroom has a very comfy queen bed, a wood cabinet with 5 drawers, a night table, a closet, wood floor.

INCLUSION : Sheets, towel, internet, heating, access to appliances (washing machine/dryer, fridge)

NEIGHBOURS : Calm and family oriented.

About the roomies

We are a small family of two - academic mum 45 yrs (lecturer in sociology) and a 11 year old (with me half the time). We speak French and English. We spend the weekend mostly outside and we go to bed early. Our environment is clean, safe and peaceful. I am open to welcome a calm and responsable tenant. (No smoke/drugs) The room is for one person. Other than that, I will not interfere with your privacy. I am a discrete person (but can also be sociable) No smoking / drugs.
