Hi ,I’m renting a room in a 4 1/2 apartment in notre dame du grace (6545 sherbrooke west ), the apartment is in the last floor in the building that has no elevator , we will be two people (me and you) in the apartment ,it will be available end of April or end of may ( it depends on my roommate visa)

in your room ,it has a desk , bed , drawer , closet and a balcony … in the living there is a gym equipment that you could use, tv and there will no longer be a bed in the living room, in the kitchen, there is a tv with netflix, everything that is necessary. In the toilet there is a hand dryer . the rent is for 725$ per month (electricity and wifi helix included ) the apartment is 30 min to downtown as soon as you take the bus , there is provigo ( supermarket ) just 1 min away ( need to cross the street ) the closest metro is Vendome

I’m workaholic and a gym rat , i like to go snowboarding in the winter ,so most of the time you wont see me. cleaning is important for me in the common area, so we are gonna split tasks and sleeping time is important too ( i have sensitive sleep problems) .
