I’m a workaholic gym rat who goes snowboarding in the winter, so honestly you probably won’t see me that much.

I care about clean common areas, so we’ll split cleaning tasks like civilized adults. Also… I have sensitive sleep, so if you like hosting 3am techno parties, this might not be your place 😅.
