Hi ,I’m renting a room in a 4 1/2 apartment in notre dame du grace (6545 sherbrooke west ), the apartment is in the last floor in the building , we will be three people in the apartment ,it will be available in January until April

in your room ,it has a desk , bed , drawer , closet and a balcony … in the living there is a gym equipment that you could use , tv and bed that i will be staying . my brother will be in the other room sometimes when he visits in the weekend, in the kitchen there is a tv with netflix .. in the toilet there is a hand dryer . for 700$ per month (electricity and wifi helix included )

i’m workaholic and a gym rat , i like to go snowboarding in the winter ,so most of the time you wont see me.

the apartment is 30 min to downtown as soon as you take the bus , there is provigo ( supermarket ) just 1 min away ( need to cross the street ) the closest metro is vendome
