The building is a fourplex, and it is a south-facing corner unit. Very bright and sunny unit with air conditioning too! It is a 6-minute drive from 17th Ave and 3 mins from Marda Loop. Close enough to downtown but without the noise, very quiet neighbourhood. The closest LRT is Sunalta about a 25-minute walk but there are bus stops around for those who do not drive. Prefer non-smoker. Only cannabis is permitted outside. I have two lovely little cats, but no other pets are permitted.

The house and your room are fully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and utensils, linen closet full of bedding and towels, you don’t need to come with anything. Although I will also make room if you do have your own things. Your room will be ready to move into April 1st. Your room has a double bed, nightstand and large dresser. You are welcome to decorate and personalize your room how you’d like. Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The unit has full-size in-suite washer and dryer. Pin-pad smart lock, you will have your own code as well as a backup key. Private parking, utilities, Wifi, and all streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, Crave, Prime) are included. It’s a very secure unit as I have had additional security measures installed. Our neighbours are absolutely lovely, and we are a close little community in this building. One of our neighbours grows a garden and often gives me fruits and vegetables during harvest seasons.

I am a 25 year old woman looking for another woman or queer person to share my space. Someone around my age preferably. NO MEN. I have two small, perfect cats. They are littermates and a bonded pair, and they are VERY affectionate and love people. Being a cat-lover is a must because they will love you. I take pride in keeping a clean and tidy home and expect my roommate to split the housework 50/50 with a cleaning list and schedule to keep on top of things. I work at a golf club as well as in film and entertainment so I am busy. A bit about me personally: I am creative and artistic and very spiritual. I am always trying to learn new things and usually have a few new hobbies on the go. I am neurodivergent with ADHD, another neurodivergent would be great to have! I am a pacifist by nature and strive for a peaceful and tranquil home space and I need someone who can add to that atmosphere. I have lots of ambient lighting in the home, so it’s a total vibe at night.
