I am looking for a (female preferred) roommate to share my Corner Suite, 2Bed/2Baths Furnished condo.

The property is located right in the heart of Mount Pleasant in the brewery district. It is within walking distance to grocery stores, amazing restaurants, train stations & 99 Rapid Bus Line, false creek/the seawall and all the entertainment Main street has to offer.

You’ll be sharing the space with me and my one very friendly cat. Everything is move-in ready (including linens and towels if you’d like!) so you don’t have to stress about bringing anything but your luggage. If you’d like to bring/use your own furniture am open to discussing that as well.

I’m an urban planner and designer who works from home some days. I can appreciate most types of art, and love dance and music. During my free time, I tend to hang out with friends and go out to explore what the city and surrounding lower mainland has to offer. I do like to host occasionally. We’ll get along if you are open minded and like cats!

I’m big in to mutual respect and reciprocity and am looking for a roommate who can take care of their share of the responsibility around the house, keep common spaces tidy etc.
