You’ll have your very own bedroom (80 sqft.) with a comfortable queen-size bed, sizable closet and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Note this is a fully interior bedroom with no outside windows.

Short-term stays are preferred, but open to long-term if we get along well.

The condo itself is a 2 bed, 2 bath + den setup, fully furnished with modern amenities. The shared den even features two full-size monitors and a computer desk, perfect for your studies or personal projects. There is in-suite laundry - yay! The common areas are fully furnished with a couch, chair, an 86“ Smart TV, and all essential kitchen appliances.

The rent is all inclusive and includes utilities, by-weekly house cleaning and cable TV.

Situated in the Panda Condos at 20 Edward St., you’ll enjoy stunning views of Toronto’s skyline from our high floor. Despite being near bustling Yonge and Dundas, the noise is minimal. Plus, you’ll have easy access to the TTC subway station just across the street, and the Eaton Centre is just a stone’s throw away.

The condo building offers an array of fantastic amenities for you to enjoy, including a party room, lounge, outdoor BBQ area, study/meeting space, theater, outdoor sports court, gym, and yoga studio.

The unit will be shared with me, a working young professional currently in media and broadcasting, and as such I will be home most of the time. I tend to be introverted and keep to myself but open to developing a friendship with my roommate.

This is a 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive space, and as someone who identifies as queer, I require my roommate to be, at the very least, an ally. Ideally, I’d love to share the space with another queer person. Any guests I have over will be fellow queer people or allies, and I’d ask the same from you.
