One room for rent in Kirkendall North Character Home. Steps from Locke street shops, restaurants, pubs, and patios. 20 minute walk to Rail Trail and Bruce Trail system through the Niagara Escarpment.
$1300/room/month utilities and internet included. Deposit is for last month’s rent. Driveway parking included.
Shared bathroom with two sink vanity and laundry. Shared kitchen with dishwasher.
No need to bring dishes or cooking utensils, but space can be provided if needed. I will stock toilet paper.
Roommate assistance with garbage removal and snow removal would be appreciated, especially if you use the driveway as I rarely it.
The room is only suitable for one person. Room can be partially furnished with a dresser but you need to bring your own bed.
Front deck/porch and fenced backyard with covered patio. If you enjoy gardening you are welcome to play/plant.

I have a cat who is shy at first but is very cuddly. I need a non-smoking roommate/boarder who works primarily outside the home and is fully vaccinated against covid. I wear an KN95 on public transit, grocery shopping, the doctors office, at work, and in crowded indoor spaces. Hoping for a roommate who shares the same precautions.
