A little about myself: I am a 42-year-old female, who works fulltime and studies part time at Brock University. I am a mother to a grade 12 graduate who will be furthering her studies in Kitchener this fall. I currently have one room and boarder, and with my daughter going to college in the fall there will just be myself, and the current room and boarder living here. There are 3 floors to the house. The upstairs has the bedrooms for the room and boarders, a living room with a TV, and a share bathroom. I do not hang out upstairs as I have my own area. On the main floor is a common area, an eat in kitchen, a half bathroom, and my living room. In the basement I have my own on suite. I keep to myself, and I am looking for someone who is studies, mature, quiet, respectful and clean. I clean the house but expect all renters to clean up after themselves and keep tidy. I have a small dog; she stays on the main floor with me and does not hang out on the 2nd floor.
