Room can comfortably fit a queen sized bed, tv stand and night stands, along with a large closet space. Bathroom is shared with any guests of the condo and yourself. Unit is large and with floor to ceiling south and southwest facing windows, it gets tons of natural light. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished with all things needed to prepare meals and lounge comfortably. Building has an amazing gym, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, study rooms and great outdoor space with BBQs and firepits. Parking available at an extra cost if interested.

East village has tons of inviting spaces to visit, with Fort Calgary and the Elbow river near by. Able to walk to Inglewood or 17th ave in 20/25 minutes.

Living in the unit is myself, 32 year old gay male, and my animals, a 10 year old husky and 2 cats. Animals are all very friendly and quiet, but pet hair is inevitably present. I’m a quiet professional who rarely entertains in the unit, but I do spend most of my off time at home. Work Monday to Friday during the days. I’m a big fan of cooking and typically have provided meals to roommates in the past if interested. Looking for someone who keeps a low profile who will respect my home.
