• Located in the west end, near Fleming College
• 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom on the main floor of a raised bungalow
• Bathroom and common spaces will be shared with between roommates on the main floor. Common spaces: kitchen, living room, dining room, deck and hallway
• Space is mostly unfurnished
• In-suite washer and dryer
• Parking available
• No backyard access. There is a deck off of the kitchen
• Utilities are not included
• First and last month’s rent required upon move-in

My name is Thea. I am the homeowner and will be living in the basement. My space will be separate from yours. I work from home a few days of the month. I’m quiet, considerate and clean and expect my roommates to also return the courtesy.
