• Bathroom and common spaces will be shared with between roommates on the main floor. Common spaces: kitchen, living room, dining room, deck and hallway
• Space is unfurnished
• 4-piece bathroom (shower-tub combo)
• In-suite washer and dryer
• Parking available
• No backyard access. There is a deck off of the kitchen
• Utilities are not included in rent and will be shared with all occupants in the house.
