13 minute drive to OTU or DC (28-minute bus ride, without any walking or transfers required! And bus passes are mandatory in tuition, so no need to ever walk to school)

Full-sized backyard with patio, and three-car-wide driveway

Professional male musician, but surprisingly completely kind, quiet, non-smoking and clean :)
