1 room available in a beautiful, detached, 3-bedroom house in Coventry Hills. The main floor is an open-concept space featuring living room with gas fireplace, large kitchen, and dining room. Accessible from here is a great backyard for gardening, and a nice deck for BBQ-ing. The basement is finished, and can be used for a home office, gym, theatre, etc. All the bedrooms are on the second floor, where the flooring has been recently replaced with gorgeous hardwood. The house also has A/C, heated garage, and lots of parking space. The room available will share 1.5 baths with one other person. The room is furnished with a double bed and new mattress. The room does not include utilities, but it does include a security system, Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and internet. We can discuss sharing internet costs if we need it upgraded. Transit stops are nearby, but please keep in mind that it is a 40min+ transit ride to U of C, SAIT, MRU, and downtown.

I am a 31F graduate student attending the University of Calgary. I am quiet, super tidy, and enjoy gardening, walks, and movies. I have a timid medium-size dog who is super cuddly but will take time to be comfortable with new people. My roommate is a 30M attending Bow Valley College. He also has a small dog who is a bit timid. We are looking for someone who is quiet, keeps a tidy space, and is respectful of a work from home schedule since we both work from home for most of the week. Please no smoking, drugs, or weed.
