Room for Rent in Cordova Bay – $975 (All Inclusive)

We have rooms available in our big split-level home in Cordova Bay.

Rent includes utilities and internet as well as cleaning products/soaps/toilet paper. The house has a huge deck, big yard with garden space, and lots of natural light. There’s cozy spaces, creative spaces, workout spaces, and plenty of room to breathe.

This is a scent free home due to allergies and autistic overstimulation/scent sensitivity, so we provide laundry, dish and hand soap and request you use natural body products especially free of lavender(allergy) and also no smoking or vaping on the property.

House Features: • Spacious kitchen with many fun appliances for creative cooking • Two living rooms for plenty of shared and private space • Yoga swing and hammock setup for movement and relaxation • Mostly furnished (except your bedroom), but space for some of your things if you have something special • Lots of room for art, plants, and making it feel like your home • 102“ Projector screen in the living room for movie nights.

Out of the way of major bus routes, best for someone with vehicle.

The house has six bedrooms (three upstairs, two in the basement, and a spare for guests), so it’s a shared space but with enough room for privacy. Looking for someone who wants to be part of a home, not just rent a room.

The Household: • Alcohol free at home, trauma-informed, neurodivergent, queer-friendly, leftist, progressive • Looking for someone health-conscious, experienced in shared living, and good with communication, conflict resolution, willing to talk via text in a group chat.

We share responsibility for keeping common areas clean and maintaining a peaceful, functional home.

We like to entertain sometimes and make reasonable noises at reasonable times and negotiate that with each others needs for sleep and schedules. We are a family of three adult (33-43) neuro-spicy, grown up weirdos because life is for the living. We are passionate about making the world a better place and want to live with those that feel the same way.
