1 bedroom in a spacious 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house with two living rooms, a fully functional kitchen, huge deck, shared creative/office space, yoga zone, and hot tub.

House is furnished(bedroom optional), There are 4 other adults and one cat in the house, we are not able to take in any other pets.

We are creative adults (32-41) who work and study from home for the most part, we value great communication, clean spaces, and likeminded grounded, leftist, pro-science, housemates who we get along with.

We often keep to our own spaces but also share meals around the big dining room table or watch a movie as the house fam in the living room, which has a great home theatre and projector set up.

This room would be great for a working adult with a vehicle as we are a bit out if the way of bus routes, as we are located in beautiful Cordova bay.

Rent is $1000 all inclusive of bills and house stock items like laundry, dish, hand soap, and toilet paper, and staple spices. We have been friends living together as a group for quite some time now and are looking for someone new to join us in our new home!
