I have a furnished room available (unfurnished is possible). It has a patio door that opens to the backyard. You would have your own bathroom (shared laundry within). Rural property and must have your own vehicle. 15 minute drive to town. Utilities included. No parties. Social drinker okay. Non-smoker. No pets. Must be clean and tidy.

I am a mid-40s female. I like to read, play Scrabble, bake and cook, and watch hockey. I have 9 chickens. Occasionally, I like to entertain friends and family, otherwise, I keep a fairly low and quiet profile. I’m looking for a roommate who has a similar lifestyle.
