Close to no frills and lots of chinese owned groceries stories with affordable groceries. Close to riverdale park and library. East Asian, Korean, Chinese , European welcome. Prefer very clean and quite people. Neighbours are friendly and cleaning duty is shared.

I am moving out ,so to find someone to take my place. Landlord prefer cash and not prefer contract. Cash for me for a month minus deposit when move in,and one month paid to landlady.
