Looking to rent out a room for one or two semesters with the possibility of longer. Only looking for one renter - not couples or friends. Female applicants only. May consider a well behaved dog, but would have to do a meet-and-greet with mine.

The space: One decent sized bedroom with big windows overlooking Scugog river. You would have your own full sized bathroom right next door. The rest of the house will be shared living space with a large open concept kitchen/living room, and use of washer/dryer in the basement. Parking space included with an option of garage parking in the winter. You can have a dedicated cupboard area and shared fridge space, use of BBQ, and house amenities including fireplace and tv in shared living room. Beautiful walking trail right behind house, Logie park great for walks across the street, bus stop less than a block away. 10-15 minute walk / 5 minute drive to Frost campus. 5 minute drive to downtown Lindsay, banks, grocery stores. $900/month includes all utilities, Bell Fibe internet, parking space.
