Sebah's room

I am currently living in a basement suite and looking to rent a bedroom. The location is great, and the living area is furnished and TV etc included. Bathroom is shared, double sink, bath tub/shower and spacious. Dining area and kitchen also spacious

There are two of us living currently , both students and extremely clean. Also have a friendly cat. We are both quiet and stay to our rooms. We would love to get to know you and share our happy home.
