About the room

Luxury nine bedroom house located in McKernan. One block from bus route #4. Four blocks away from McKernan/ Belgravia LRT. Ten blocks from Whyte Avenue and eleven from University of Alberta Campus. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. All rooms are fairly large. The bedroom that is currently available has a bed, dresser, desk and chair. The room has very large windows. The room is on the top floor. The bedroom is carpeted. There is a sitting room where you can relax. There is also a front facing balcony you can enjoy. The room can be hot during the summer months of May to end of August. No smoking in the house and sorry no pets. The house is relatively quiet. Three fridges and plenty of cupboards and drawers in the kitchen.

About the roomies

Currently there are two residents in the basement which has their own side entrance and kitchen and living space. Thus, you will not see them. Three residents on the main floor. Three residents on the top floor. The bedroom that is now available is on the top floor.
