Very quiet neighbourhood with an easy commute by bus to York U, and Finch Subway station. A very large (20x10 ft), clean basement room with a shared bathroom and kitchen (shared with one female only).
About the roomies
We have a friendly standard poodle and a cat. I am a teacher, and my husband is a lawyer. We are a family looking for a respectful roomie.
Almost all our previous Roomies have stayed with us for over two years (one is still with us), which we believe reflects positively on the high standard of our home.
