Hi there! I’m looking for a roommate (ideally another female) to share a 3bdrm house with me! Ideal for young professionals, international students, and anyone 2SLGBTQI+!

RENT: $1,000/ month + split utilities (around $200/month) = around $1,200/month total. The rent and utilities will be equally split (total rent is $2k) by us. Length of agreement is flexible.

THE PLACE: a lovely semi-detached house with a backyard with 3 floors that you will share with me. It has 3 bedrooms (all on the 2nd floor) and 1.5 bath (full bath on 2nd floor, half bath in basement). Your room is spacious, large closet, fits queen size bed, a comfy chair, and more! The extra bedroom is currently used as a home office. There is an unfinished basement with a pool table and lots of storage for your stuff! It has central AC, dishwasher, stove, fridge, washer and dryer. Other perks, I have a deep freezer that can be shared. Open to rearranging the current layout to suit us both.
