I’m looking for a roommate (ideally another female), ideal for young professionals, international students, and anyone LGBTQ+!

YOUR RENT: $1,000/ month + split utilities (around $200/month) = around $1,200/month total. The rent and utilities will be equally split (total rent is $2k) by us. Length of lease is flexible.

THE PLACE: a lovely semi-detached house with a backyard with 3 floors. It has 3 bedrooms (all on the 2nd floor) and 1.5 bath (full bath on 2nd floor, half bath in basement). Your room is spacious, large closet, fits queen size bed, a comfy chair, and more! The extra bedroom will be shared by both of us as a guest room/home office, or whatever we decide. There is an unfinished basement with a pool table and lots of storage for your stuff! It has central AC, dishwasher, stove, fridge, washer and dryer. Other perks, I have a deep freezer that can be shared. Open to rearranging the current layout to suit us both.

YOU: you would need to supply your own bedroom set, I have enough furniture for everything else but if you have other furniture you want to bring, let’s figure it out (can be stored in the basement)! ABOUT ME: I’m a young professional with 2 cats, I’ve been working at the federal government (GAC) for a few years. I am a tidy, quiet, clean(!) and respectful person. I enjoy gardening, cooking, sports, and hanging out with my friends. I’m a social person but I enjoy my quiet time.
