We have a beautiful home for rent! Fully renovated + fully furnished.

2 options: rent by room OR the whole house.

You can rent by room: $999 for bedroom with all furniture included (Bedroom AND common areas), plus access to multiple living rooms and kitchen; plus $125 for utilities + high speed internet + tv Total: $1124 for room, furniture and all utilities.

OR

You can rent whole house: (appx rent is $3999/mth, furnishings for entire house 800/mth, utilities, internet tv and lawn care 500/mth).

Total payment: $ 5299 for rent and furnishings and utilities for any contract 8 mths or longer.

Any contract shorter than 8 mths subject to “short term fee”.

All roomies will be new, and will be expected to be kind and respectful of each other.
