About the room
Room in a three-bed, one-bath townhouse style condo. Has a full kitchen and in-unit laundry. Close to U of C and SAIT. Close to LRT, pubs, grocery stores and market mall. Street parking is available. Room is approximately 11’6“x8’6“ - will fit a queen/full bed. Can either be $800/mo unfurnished or $900/mo furnished (bed, mattress, desk, nightstand) the price(s) include all utilities/internet.
No smoking cigarettes around the place. Drunk darts at the bar are okay, but none near the place.
About the roomies
We are two good friends looking for another roommate to fill our 3-bed place. Looking for someone who is a student or on the younger side. We are pretty sociable and want someone who is gonna hang with us and not hide in their room. We like grabbing a drink or a few on the weekends and getting out to do stuff outdoors. With that being said, we like our place to stay reasonably clean and expect you to do the same. We do not want to be your dad.
