Candice's room

Hi, we live in the lovely neighbourhood of Silver Springs in NW Calgary. We have a large house with a big backyard. 35 min by public transport or 9 min drive to the University of Calgary. The room we are renting out is in the basement. It is very large, fully furnished and includes a desk. There is a bathroom with a shower in the basement as well, that would mostly be private. Crowfoot shopping area is close and has all the amenities 7 min drive or 30 min by public transport.

We are professionals in our 40s who work during the day, with 3 elementary aged children.

We are looking to share our home with a university student who is looking for temporary housing during the school year. Must be respectful and clean.
