Hola! I am Khashayar and I am looking for a roommate to move in on Dec 1st. (and stay at least till June). Every one is welcomed, no preference on you gender, but I do prefer student roommates. If you are a kind and responsible person, you are more than welcome to move in :) Apartment located at 2290 Av Girouard, in front of Parc NDG, 5th floor east view. (close to Loyola Campus and Dawson College) Beside 105, 5 min walk away from 90,104 and 10-15 min walk away from metro Vendome. (STM’s bus night service is the best in this spot) Groceries: 5 min away from Esposito, 10 min away from Metro, 5 min (by bus) away from Akhavan. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Room: A room with closet: Has fire escape window and a decent big closet. (Available Feb 1st) Hydro is not included, calculated monthly ($/3) Each Room= 730

I am 25 years old graduated student from Concordia and work in a hospital. I love going to salsa dancing events and I am into arts and poetry.
