Hola! I am Khashayar and I am renting my room. You will be living with Isaac and Abbi. I am looking for a roommate to move in on August 1st. Every one is welcomed, no preference on you gender, but I do prefer student roommates. If you are a kind and responsible person, you are more than welcome to move in :) Apartment located at 2290 Av Girouard, in front of Parc NDG, 5th floor east view. (close to Loyola Campus and Dawson College) Beside 105, 5 min walk away from 90,104 and 10-15 min walk away from metro Vendome. (STM’s bus night service is the best in this spot) Groceries: 5 min away from Esposito, 10 min away from Metro. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood.

The room: Huge room view downtown, has 2 closets.

I am selling all my furniture (from AC, bed, mattress… to microwave and pots) for 1000$ (negotiable)

Khashayar is a graduate student working at hospital. Hobbies: Singing, dancing salsa, gaming.
