By subway, downtown is 20-30 minutes away depending on your stop.

Superbly central location map wise. Richmond Hill to the North, Etobicoke to the West, Downtown to the South, Scarborough to the East all within a 20 minute drive by car!

A den + separate bathroom is available in a 1+1 unit right on top of the subway station.

Mall is under the building with shops, supermarket, food court and cafes.

I am the other tenant in the Master en-suite bedroom. I work in Investments. I have a Bachelors and Masters degree. I might give it a go in acting sometime soon.

I workout 5 days a week, shower everyday and have an affinity for parfums.

I eat healthy and promote a more natural lifestyle (think minimal use of A/C and heaters).

I keep my place super clean. I rarely cook and eat outside all the time.

I love driving my car with windows up and loud music (love the surround sound system). I keep to myself since I am mostly busy with something. I enjoy movies and watching old comedy shows like Mind Your Language, Fawlty Towers and Friends. I lived in England for 6 years and absolutely loved it. I loved exploring other cultures and made a lot of friends from France and Germany in particular. Not a necessity but wouldn’t it be great if I found a roomie who’s done the same?
