Stan F's room

Fully furnished bedroom on the top floor of three story house. Two bedrooms reside on this floor. There is potential for one person to have use of both these rooms. Looking for another like minded individual, who is quiet and relaxed. Must be working or in school. The half bath upstairs for tenant with shower on the main floor. The house is located on a fair size property in a safe area of town. Lots of trees and natural space. Fruit trees provide various fruits (apples, pears, etc) when in season. A few shops in the surrounding area but all shut down with regular work hours (5pm or so). Parking available on the property. No pets, No smoking indoors (this includes vaping).

This being one of the two upstairs bedrooms. There will be another tenant sharing part(s) of the space with you. I occupy the private spaces on the main floor. Sharing part of the amenities (kitchen, dining room, etc) with the tenants. I’m pretty relaxed and easy going. I enjoy a bit of relaxing, gaming, tv and outdoor activities working on various projects.
