I am looking to rent a private room to a Mature (in nature) Female Roommate on an “acreage” with a huge yard. The property is within Edmonton City limits, close to Beaumont. Fenced on one side with trees on 2 sides, open to farm land on the south side, the driveway has a remote controlled sliding gate. There is a private bathroom with a common shower. (there is no Bath tub). Central AC works great! The location is remote enough that you will need a vehicle, as there is no bus service near by. There is ample space to park by the house and plug in. It is about a 5 minute drive into Beaumont or the same into Harvest Point in South Edm. There is room if you have some of your own furnishings. There is also lots of room for storage in the basement. I am looking for one roommate who is a non smoker, non partier, easy going, who keeps the the shared space clean and tidy.

$900 per month and a damage deposit. All utilities and internet access are included! I would prefer an off site meeting prior to viewing.

I am a mature easy going person who is looking for someone similar to share this large space with. If challenges arise I prefer to come to a solution together in order to live in a peaceful, safe and harmonious environment.

I am respectful, reasonable and easy to get along with. I enjoy watching movies and watching a good tv series, as well as listening to music. I will accommodate quiet times by wearing ear buds or quiet sound levels 🎧

I work as a Live Event Production Technician, (Sound Guy) with a radical schedule.
