Mature Female Roommate wanted for a private room on an “acreage” with a huge yard. The property is within Edmonton City limits, close to Beaumont. Fenced on one side and treed on 2 sides, open to a field on the south side, the driveway has a remote controlled sliding gate. There is a private bathroom but the shower is common (there is no Bath tub). Central AC works great! The location is remote enough that you will need a vehicle, as there is no bus service near by. There is ample space to park by the house and plug in. It is about a 5 minute drive into Beaumont or the same into Harvest Point in South Edm. There is room if you have some of your own furnishings. There is also lots of room for storage in the basement. I am looking for one roommate who is a non smoker, non partier, easy going, flexible and tidy.

$900 per month and a $900 damage deposit. All utilities and internet are included! I would prefer an off site meeting prior to viewing.

I am a mature easy going person who is looking for someone similar to share this large space with. If challenges arise I prefer to come to a solution together in order to live in a peaceful, safe and harmonious environment.

I am respectful, reasonable and easy to get along with. I enjoy watching movies and watching a good tv series, as well as listening to music. I can accommodate quiet and respectful listening levels. 🎧
