Hi, I’m a 45 year old single father. I live with my 15 year old son full time. I also have a 13 year old daughter that is with me around 30% of the time. I’m looking to share a beautiful house in Evanston. It is an all inclusive price and you will share the entire house. We are an extremely quiet family and respectful and we are looking for someone with the same values. You will have your own room and bathroom. There is two separate living rooms and a massive chefs kitchen. Street parking as well as garage pad parking is available. Dogs are negotiable. This is a lease, so you will need to pass a soft credit check and a reference back ground check with the landlords, if interested.

Note: the furnishings will be gone from the upper living room and the bedroom will be empty as well for your own furnishings.

I’m a 45 year old that lives a peaceful life. I work 6 days a week and my son attends high school. We are quiet and a lot of times like to hang out in our own rooms. That leaves a lot of house not used most of the time.
