Centrally located but not right downtown. Downtown or the waterfront/beach on Lake Nipissing is about a ten minute walk max. Apartment is on main floor, so no stairs to climb. Located seconds from bus route that goes straight to Canadore college and Nipissing university. (No need to transfer onto another bus, easy commute). Close to grocery stores, Dollorama, restaurants and pubs. Parking is also available if you have a car. Guests parking is also available. Front entrance is the entrance into building and is locked. Back door is leads directly into apartment. Laundry facilities in basement.$2.00 for washer (only cold water available) $2.00 for dryer for 1 hour of drying or $1 per 30 minutes. You also have access to the rest of the apartment which is a fair size except for the bathroom. It’s clean and tidy. It’s quiet so whether you are studying or working, you will be able to focus and get rest. The bedroom is a fair size with a big closet. I plan on painting and fixing up the bedroom and bathroom and will install locks on the door.

It’s just myself. I do have a cat but she’s well behaved and has been neutered and is up to date on her vaccines and doesn’t have fleas. I’m middle aged and have gotten partying out of my system. I stay in my bedroom for the most part unless I’m out. I look forward to hearing from you.
