It has charming 9.2 ft ceilings with crown moulding, brand new flooring and paint in the entire unit, granite countertops, a beautiful gas stove and fireplace, as well as French doors opening to the patio with a view. This location truly has everything within walking distance, grocery stores, restaurants, you name it. Please note I am unable to provide a parking space. This will have to be organized by the renter The room for rent is medium-sized with high ceilings, as well as a big beautiful window and closet. You will also have your own full bathroom with a walk-in shower just steps away. We will also have in-suite laundry and extra storage in front of my parking space if you need it. Rent is $1400 per month, all utilities and bills included, including wi-fi. The main areas will be furnished with a modern-contemporary style, I move in on the 31st so I won’t have pictures of the furnishings until then.

I am a working professional in my 20’s looking for someone to share my condo with one other female. I have a very sweet small/medium sized dog who will try to be your new bff, so must love dogs! However there is a pet limit so I can’t allow any more animals. I work evenings/nights so I am usually home during week days. I am very friendly and easy to communicate/get along with and I have interests in music, fitness and psychology.
