A den with doors but no window, shared bathroom and kitchen, step to Leslie subway station, gym in the building. Suitable for ONE quiet, clean, non smoking individual who doesn’t make cooking smoke and strong smell cooking as I am not comfortable with that. Basic furniture can be provided if needed.

About the roomies

This is a one bedroom + den unit, I am the owner, I am a quiet and clean man, I work five days from 10am to 6pm. I don’t hold party in the unit, and I expect a tenant not do so too.
