Come share my 2 bed/2 bath condo on the riverfront! The location is primo - central to everything, minutes from major bus routes and the C-train. It’s great to walk out the front door and be right on the riverside walking/biking trail. In the winter you’re only steps from the entrance to the indoor downtown walkways!

I’m giving it a fresh coat of paint and doing some minor repairs before you move-in, and the living room set up is different now (I don’t have current pics at the time of this posting on Aug 30, will update)

Ensuite laundry, in-floor heating, ground floor, patio, electric fireplace (lol so expensive)

Your bedroom can come semi-furnished as it has been set up as a guest room. You have your own private detached bathroom.

Rent includes utilities and WiFi, underground parking is unfortunately extra (inquire!)

I moved to Calgary last March after moving around, traveling for the last 10 years. I’m most definitely a woodlands, rural and rugged kind of girl, and have spent a good chunk of my life wandering in some forest. Eventually I’ll be moving somewhere quieter, until then hoping to make best use of all the resources here.

I’m a professional astrologer (!!!), and I am so deeply passionate and in love with my work. It lights me up to be able to support people in their life journey. I also manage the garden of an estate in Calgary and gotta get my hands in the soil regularly! I have a few different projects and outlets, it’s been a crazy busy, successful summer :)

I love going to music shows, bike riding, sharing meals, playing board games, yoga, and hanging out with my Doodle dog to name but a few basics.

Yes, Doodle dog! I have my glorious 4 legged of about eight years, and he adores all humans and will adore you. We go on long walks every day so he’s super chill at home, quiet, and such an affection guy. He respects your space and will take guidance from you. It’s best that you love dogs!

I’m looking for a roomie who values tidiness/cleanliness, respect of space and boundaries, open communication, quiet and peace, and wants to make the space a home. This isn’t a rigid home, I really value warmth, good conversation, shared moments around the table, the merging of some shared experiences. We don’t have to be best friends, but being friendly and open with each other is so important.

Having a lively, active life is a bonus, where we both get to take turns having moments alone in the condo :) no mon-fri WFH.
