About the room
Hey everyone, I’ve got a house that I’ll be sharing as of September 1, 2023. It is located at 56 Rue Martineau, Gatineau, J8P 7Y9.
It’s a great place for university students and government workers! The 400 bus takes you from the house and goes directly downtown Ottawa. I also have plenty of parking space.
Standard fridge, stove, microwave, washer and dryer to be shared by everyone.
Rooms are unfurnished but may be furnished upon request.
Included: Water & Wifi Excluded: Hydro Quebec and Gas (Heating, lighting, etc)
– (RENTED) Room 1 is $750/Month (Second Floor)
– Room 2 is $800/Month (Second Floor)
– Room 3 is $1050/Month (Second floor with Walk in Closet)
– Room 4/Basement is $1150/Month (Full Basement, Shared laundry with other tenants)

About the roomies
Currently it’s only me living there, as I’m new to the city. I am 28 and work for the government. I go downtown a few days a week and the rest of the time I enjoy reading and travelling. I’m pretty social and would be happy to meet some cool people :)
