You’ll have a full basement to your self with a Bathroom with Shower/Bath, a bedroom and closet, and a sort of living room area with built in desks and shelves for more storage. The main floor will be shared which has a Kitchen, Dining room, and living room. Shared Laundry Room. All utilities including internet are included with the rent. As far as the kitchen goes, you are free to use any of the equipment I have, and you can either contribute to grocery, or I can clear out space in a pantry/fridge/freezer for your own food. Being a chef for 15 years, I am happy to do all the cooking if you’d like, and can modify anything to dietary restrictions, like allergys, vegetarian, or religious restrictions.

Hello, I am a 32 year old autistic single father with a 15 year old daughter looking for a trustworthy female roommate, as I am gone working about 12 hours a day, everyday, and need someone I can trust in the house with my daughter. We are a very open minded and welcoming family, and my daughter identifys as non-binary. We are both spiritual people, she indentifys as Wiccan, and I just like learning about all religions and spiritual beliefs. We both burn incense and sage, so hopefully that won’t bother anyone. We are both musicians, but have headphones and keep noise to a respectable level. She is an art student who enjoys anything artistic like painting, sculpting and music, and we are both gamers as well. Being autistic, I have only a few special interests that include Gaming, Music, Cooking (I was a fine dining Chef for 15 years before my career change to Construction Landscaping) and building things. I am a very friendly and supportive person, and like to help people with anything they are struggling with, though being autistic makes it hard for me to communicate, or pickup on subtle body language like if something I am doing is bothering someone. Super understanding and easy going, so if I do bother you (maybe playing guitar at an incosiderate time, or anything like that) just tell me and I will adjust that behaviour right away to ensure you are comfortable. I would likely want to meet for a cup of coffee, or whatever, to get to know you for an hour or two before making any decision as I really need someone I can trust.
